Our events attract thousands of visitors and we’re looking for the best!  Your business offering should be authentic, desirable and of good quality. Food and wines will be sold from different Spanish regions. The festival will also feature the United Colours Artisan Market featuring bright and colourful artisan products from around the world. Application deadline April 30, 2020. Please allow 4 weeks to process your application. Applications will be considered on the quality of offering/product, authenticity, originality and balance of trade. Successful applicants will be allocated a stall and then notified with all details about the event, location and payment instruction in due course. Some applicants may be put on a reserve list and contacted at a later date.

Stalls & Pitch Prices

Artisans, designers, makers, dry foods. 

  • Artisan Single Stall – Show stall with table (7ft x 3ft) or we can provide an open frame stall (without table) £60

  • Gazebo – Pitch space with 3m x 3m gazebo and table – £75

  • Charity Artisan Table Stall – £40 for local charities and community support groups (depending on availability)

Hot Food Vendors

  • Pitch Only £140
  •  Gazebo (with table if required) £150
  • Double Pitch £240
  • Must run off gas only or bring your own silent generator. Minimum hygiene rating of 4 stars or above required.

Wine & Spirit Producers

  • Single Table Stall £70
  • Double Table covered show stall £130
  • Gazebo (with table if required) £85

Portobello Trader Information

Portobello Spanish Festival will take place from Tavistock Square up Portobello Road to Portobello Green Market Canopy and down the Westway.

Opening & Trading time:

  • Sunday 21st June 10am – 6pm

All units and exhibitors must remain open during trading times.

Setup time:

  • Sunday 21st June 8am – 9:30am

Breakdown time:

  • Sunday 21st June from 6pm.

All traders must be off site by 8pm on Sunday.

Manchester Trader Information

Friday Event, 12-2pm and 4pm-8pm
